Ketogenic desserts are those which contain no wheat flour and no sugar.  Therefore, they are great for those seeking a diabetic friendly or gluten free treat.  Typical ingredients that I use (not all at the same time) are almond flour, coconut flour, monk fruit, stevia glycerite, butter, coconut oil, eggs and for chocolate I use Lily’s which are sweetened with stevia.
